The deliverable
Most buyers start with what they want and where, not with a builder's name. These pages capture searches like "flats in chembur" or "luxury apartments in mumbai" and route that demand to the right Rustomjee project.

What's on each page
Every page row carries the full set of elements needed to build it, plus two new columns that route it to the right reviewer.
Title tag, meta description, the page URL, and the body copy with FAQs, all drafted and held in the linked Google Doc.
The portfolio tier(s) the page covers. This is how each page is assigned to the team that owns that segment.
The live projects, drawn from the page's location, that the page will list. Tells the team exactly which properties feature on the page.
Segments
Pages are tagged by segment so each segment's team can find and review its own pages. A page that spans more than one tier carries more than one segment.

How projects are chosen per page
Each page lists the live projects in its location, filtered by the keyword's intent: "luxury" pages feature Premium and Super Premium projects; "best" pages feature Premium and Aspirational; all other pages list every live project in that location. 1 BHK keywords are excluded, since Rustomjee offers 1 BHK only at Urban Woods, Dombivli.
How to read the Google Sheet
The tracker is the single source of truth for this batch. Each row is one page.

If you own a segment
Filter Column B (Segment) to your segment, then open each page's Doc (Column K) and check the content and projects are accurate for your properties.
For BombayDC
Build each page at its URL (Column J) using the approved Doc (Column K), list the projects (Column C), and apply any redirect noted in Column N at go-live.
Review & handoff
Each page is reviewed by the team that owns its segment before it is built, so the content is verified by the people closest to those projects.
STEP 1
Each segment leader filters the sheet to their segment and fact-checks the page content and project listings against their properties.
STEP 2
Once accurate, the page is marked ready in the Status column and is cleared for build.
STEP 3
BombayDC creates the live page at its URL with the approved content, project listings, and any go-live redirect.
Everything for this batch lives in one sheet, one row per page.
